Raymond Jennings brings a strong background in arboriculture safety and crew development to his role as a traveling crew trainer with ACRT Arborist Training. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Florida Metropolitan University and has spent his career focused on safe work practices at height — a passion that led him into the industry and continues to drive his training philosophy.
Jennings’ most recent role was as a traveling arborist trainer, where he provided hands-on instruction to field personnel across a range of environments. His day-to-day work varies based on location, curriculum, and class skill level, but his consistent focus is equipping tree care professionals with the skills, awareness, and confidence to perform safely and effectively.
Jennings holds an ISA Certified Arborist credential (MI-0588) and has completed both OSHA 10- and 30-hour training. He is also recognized as an Associate Safety Professional® and continues to build his expertise in safety instruction and applied arboriculture.
Jennings is driven by the opportunity to connect with diverse groups of people and build trust through education. He encourages those entering the industry to come prepared to learn and grow every day, embracing the dynamic and rewarding nature of arboriculture. Joining the ACRT Services family allowed Jennings to align his passion for height safety with an organization committed to education and industry advancement.
Joshua Worsley has been in the tree care industry for more than a decade, bringing a broad range of field, training, and safety experience to the ACRT Arborist Training team. He holds a bachelor’s degree in horticulture from Auburn University and has worked in multiple facets of arboriculture, including plant health care, risk assessment, climbing, and consulting. His career began at Bartlett Tree Experts, where he served in roles such as field consulting arborist, plant health care technician, division trainer, local office safety coordinator, and climber.
Worsley is passionate about the science behind tree care and the opportunity to share his knowledge with others. He enjoys helping professionals in the industry adopt better practices that promote tree health, jobsite safety, and technical skill. His background makes him well-equipped to teach Basic Arborist, Line Clearance Arborist, and custom training programs across the United States.
Worsley is a Board Certified Master Arborist, Tree Risk Assessment Qualified, and a Certified Treecare Safety Professional (CTSP). He also holds a North Carolina Pesticide Applicator License and is certified as a First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor with the American Red Cross. In addition to his role at ACRT, he serves as an instructor with the Alliance for Cape Fear Trees, a nonprofit organization in Wilmington, NC, with a mission to preserve, protect, and plant trees to enhance the quality of life for all in the Lower Cape Fear region.
He is a member of the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) and is committed to supporting the growth of the arboricultural industry through education and safety leadership.
